All orders are shipped within 72 hours once your payment has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays.
You can receive the goods in 3 different ways:
- The usual delivery (2-3 weeks). The goods are sent by the registered mail in the parcel. The cost of the delivery is 7 Euro.
- The quick delivery (2-4 days). The goods are sent through the DHL delivery service. The cost of the delivery depends on the recipient's country and the weight of the parcel.
- The urgent delivery (1-2 days). The goods are sent through the DHL delivery service. The cost of the delivery depends on the recipient's country and the weight of the parcel.
In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us to support@super-doggy.com quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order.
